What can you tell me about the canned food drive for MUST Ministries?

Taste of Marietta and several of the event’s sponsors are teaming up with MUST Ministries to help feed the hungry in Cobb and Cherokee counties.

For two weeks before the festival a number of our sponsors will have food barrels at their locations for their patrons to donate canned and boxed food.

During the festival, there will be food barrels located next to the Security Exchange Bank Bandstand (inside Glover Park) for you to deposit your canned goods if you want to contribute. It is not required to attend the festival.

Acceptable food includes jelly, peanut butter, cereal, canned meats, canned fish, spaghetti sauce, and spaghetti, boxed pasta and rice dishes, and powdered milk. We hope we can make a large contribution to this worthy cause!
